Wasatch Railroad Contractors (WRC) and Wasatch Engineering and Machine Company (WEMCO) web sites will be down for major maintenance during the week of November 17 through November 27. Accessibility will vary with each website as we are planning a complete web host transfer of both domains.

Because the domains are being transferred, e-mail services will also be affected for all addresses “@wasatch-rr-contractors.com” and “@wemco.us”. We have made a plan to minimize this downtime as much as possible however be aware that if you need to get in touch with us to call us at (307) 778-7458. Alternate e-mail addresses can be provided to you if needed.

Exact time and duration of any service interruption is unknown at this point as transfers such as these are dependant on a number of domain name servers and the ability for service providers to update their records. We are hoping to have the web site tranfered and running on a new domain name (wrrc.us) before our web page at the current domain (wasatch-rr-contractors.com) is taken off line.

Updates of our progress will be posted here for as long as the service is still active.

Are you in need of computer graphics design services? Why not give Wasatch Railroad Contractors a call? WRC is more than happy to make its graphic design services available. These services include:

Web Page Design - The web pages you see here at wasatch-rr-contractors.com are all designed and maintained in-house by the WRC Graphics Department. As society more choices to find information on the Internet, it becomes more important for companies and organizations to make that information available on the Internet. WRC is passionate about railroading/railroad preservation and understands the environment in which tourist railroads and railroad museums operate, making us an ideal choice for designing web sites for those industries.

Layout and Design Work - Computer artwork is many times offered as part of a larger service, such as restoring a piece of equipment, or generating a final report. The WRC Graphics Department has been involved in restoration projects to provide digital artwork for equipment lettering and numbering based on historic styles and designs. We have also designed logos, letterhead, business cards, and several other hard and soft copy designs for our clients. We have also had one client request us to make pre-press revisions to already existing brochures and business card designs.

Books and Manuals - Another aspect of our computer graphics layout abilities allows us to compile, layout, and design books and manuals. The end result is a very professional-looking, easy to read manual that might describe basic company rule, operating rules, and/or equipment maintenance procedures.

The possibilities are nearly endless. If you can provide the idea or content, we can provide the design work.

Please feel free to get in touch with us and let us know how we can help you with your graphic design needs.
